Cerec
The Cerec
System is the best of high tech. It allows us to make beautiful
porcelain crowns, veneers, inlays and
onlays in one visit. The following photos are examples of the same day
crowns and same day veneer cases.
This is Lorraine who
had an old crown with a leaking margin on her upper right lateral. She
didn't like the fact that the gum was too low on this tooth. We made a
porcelain crown after doing a gum lift and she left with all her teeth matching
in color and gum height. This was done in one visit so the gum hasn't
returned to pink yet.
Kali is a
teenager who wanted whiter teeth, removal of white spots on her teeth, and
correction of a malformed lower incisor. A Cerec veneer was done on the
incisor, direct bonding removed the white spot and she was given bleaching trays
to lighten the other teeth. She left happy.
Margaret
always had a space between her front teeth and didn't mind it, but the
edges of her enamel had become very thin and were chipping. She elected to
have veneers placed and the space slightly reduced.
Brian was a
youngster who had an accident and broke off a lower front tooth. He left
after one appointment with a new Cerec bonded veneer that looked like new.
Maxine had a tooth
broken off at the gum line. It had been treated with a root canal by a
specialist. She came in like this and left with a permanent porcelain
crown thanks to Cerec.
Jane had a broken
tooth and an old porcelain over metal crown that had a dark area at the gum
line. She had both teeth covered with all porcelain crowns in one visit.
Jackie didn't like
the darkness caused by the large old amalgam fillings. The porcelain
matched her enamel very well.
